Rosarella, 2021 under-25 After hand-harvest and initial spontaneousThe vines are planted over volcanic soils, the winemaking is hands off. Hand harvested, 3 days of skin contact in stainless steel tanks. Ruby red, with ripe red fruit aromas, super balanced with a delicate tannin structure to tie it all together. A grippy, fruity rosato, begging for light cheeses and fish dishes. Serve 8 10 degrees.
